Project Coordinator
What you will do
- Coordinate architects, engineers and consultants across active projects
- Track permit applications, approvals and municipal correspondence
- Maintain schedules, budgets, drawing logs and meeting minutes
- Support site visits, trade coordination and progress reporting
What you bring
- Education or experience in construction, planning, real estate or a related field
- Strong organization and written communication
- Confidence with spreadsheets and project tracking tools
- A valid BC driver's licence and willingness to travel to sites
